FEMA is going to give survirors of Hurricane Katrina $2,000 debit cards, one per household, apparently. Hmmm.......the math doesn't sound right. A one-person household gets $2K and a seven-person household also gets $2K?

I await Barbara Bush's comment on this. I imagine it will be something along the lines, "Well, those poor people shouldn't have so many children."
